Hanstholm Skibssmedie solves a wide range of tasks within repairs, new construction, conversion, maintenance and service on different types of vessels, where close collaboration with the floating dry dock at North Sea Yard enables major tasks to be carried out.

With strict quality requirements and an innovative approach, we are focused on seeking new solutions and ways of reducing fuel consumption and day-to-day operating costs or improvement of safety onboard.

Hanstholm Skibssmedie can carry out work at the quay, in the dock, on stocks, in a covered hall and at sea. Days spent quayside will generally mean a loss of revenue. We are well aware of this and are therefore always available 24/7, such that operations at sea can be resumed without undue delay.

We are currently experiencing a dramatic growth in terms of foreign customers, so if you come from foreign shores, we can place a car at your disposal and organise accommodation while the ship is being repaired or undergoing service.
